The SERVE-ice Snapshot is a tool for your company to see where your employee experience stands compared to Fortune 500 giants like Amazon, Walmart and Costco. Using industry standard metrics like the Employee Satisfaction Index and Employee Net Promoter score, you'll get a easy-to-read report that shows where your business is in comparison.
